Ralph is an experienced and seasoned government relations professional. He earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor and was admitted to the Bar at Osgoode Hall in 1980. A member of the Ontario Bar, Ralph has earned high praise as counsel with both the College of Nurses and the Law Society of Ontario and as an adjudicator for both the Office of Adjudication and as vice-chair and chair of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal.
Having over 20 years of experience in government relations, strategic planning, policy development and the operation of professional organizations, Ralph brings a vast array of attributes to the table which are highlighted by his leadership and experience. He has held senior positions with a focus on government relations with the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario and as the Ontario Vice President of the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC).
Ralph has also held senior leadership roles in private consulting firms, as well as in a range of not-for-profit and professional organizations. In these positions, he has been an effective advocate for his clients and established a successful track record working with the Ontario government to develop and implement policies by crafting and executing comprehensive public affairs strategies.
